30-day returns

Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Simply reach out and we’ll send a prepaid label where available.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@sloopjewelry.com with your order number
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions
3. Ship the piece back securely in its original packaging when possible

Final sale

For hygiene and safety, pierced earrings, personalized pieces, and clearly marked sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
